Our Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at NEVER4GETYOU.com. NEVER4GETYOU will only give cash refunds when products are damaged due to manufacturing errors. These items must be returned to us within 14 business days of the delivery date of your order.

RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT

We offer Store Credit on "All Other Accepted Returns" that are new, unworn, unaltered, in unwashed condition and in the original packaging that are returned within 14 business days of delivery date of your order. 

Once we receive and process your return (please allow 3-5 business days for us to process) we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and our decision to approve a cash or store credit refund. 

If your return is rejected for not being new, unworn, unaltered, in unwashed condition and in the original packaging your purchased item will be returned to the sender's address with reasons for our decision. The condition of the returned product is left to the discretion of NEVER4GETYOU.

REFUNDS

If a cash refund is warranted, the full amount of your purchase will be credited  to your card used for making the transaction.

Store Credits are Never4GetYou Gift Cards equal to the face value of your returned product. Your Store Credit will be emailed to you. Simply apply the gift card code to your next order. Your store credit only expires after initial use.

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a cash refund or NEVER4GETYOU store credit gift card. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Non-returnable items includes:

• -Glassware, Drinkware 
• - Your Personalized Items
• - Facemasks
• - Leggings

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 941 Lucile Street, Natchitoches LA 71457, United States 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
